I am not a carpenter and usually end up measuring three times and cutting twice in other words in pretty bad but the install was straightforward and took me less than 30 minutes

You have to be careful how you run the cables because if not ran carefully it they can get pinched in the arm behind the tv and prevent the tv from completely retracting against the wall

All of the hinges are pressed together

The solid plate at the back of the tv has a pivot at its center but also has a bolt at 12 oclock you cant really see it in these photos

Flipping the whole unit upsidedown to put the hinge where i needed it required me to then spin the tvend plate 180 degrees and drill a new hole now at 6 oclock for that hidden bolt
