Pros

They use your exact sound without coloring your tone. I use them for both connecting microphones (both dynamic and condensor) to my mixer and/or interface as well as connecting the aux outs of the mixer to the pc interface.

Cons

The connectors are heavy duty and very well made but when assembled with fake wiring they are worthless. Listen to the bad reviews and steer clear of this junk. Don't buy cheap xlr cables from amazon, buy a half decent one from sweetwater or a local m... Read More

One of the cables has issues shorting coming right out of the sealed packaging. There's a solder tab for the shielding, so it looks like qc is at fault here.

This microphone cable looks to be a nice microphone cable but it is definitely not 16 awg. It has been abused like you wouldn't believe with singers swinging mic's like a lasso.

Well yeah i feel like this cable is a no brainer for the price its super cheap simply too good for the price and its a decent size.

I bought it for the price and for the look of the cable but once i got it i know i made the right choice.

Although it came apart when it was pulled too hard, monoprice stood behind their life time guarantee!

They are way nicer than most of what can be found in guitar center, but less than half the cost.
