Simple design makes for easy installation. Very easy to install.

Monoprice tv brackets are awesome. Looks great and tv is pretty much flush against the wall. Does a great job holding her tv and very slim to the wall. Gets the job done for a rigid mount.

Cons

This bracket is functional, however the hardware provided is junk. The arms do not extend and will not reach the mounting holes on a 55 tv. Once it’s mounted on the wall this thing is solid and not going anywhere.

Very sturdy as we have 3 of them.

My lg oled has holes 300mm (~10") apart, and the plate that holds the mounting "arms" is about 5" wide.

The paper template is garbage, i would simply try your best using the actual mount.

Was really surprised how good this kit was for the price.

It was inexpensive, sturdy, and my tv doesn't look like it's going anywhere, so this was a success by any reasonable metric.

If you want a basic tv mount for cheap this is probably the one for you.
