I bought it so i could listen to music or watch videos with another friend instead of sharing one set of headphones which was a hassle and annoying

With regular usage they last for 2 years before the wiring becomes brittle from use and the sound starts to short out occasionally

Some cheaper or cheaper made this is pretty dirt cheap splitters dont have all the connections count the segments on the plug there are 4 here which is great if there is less you might have an issue with a phone or tablet
