Pros & Cons
Pros
Tight fit for rca and 3. Moved rca from cd at receiver to tape-in on receiver and now works fine. Make sure there's enough room around the 3.
Cable is sturdy and doesn't coil up. Textured rubber assists in getting a firm grip.
Cons
Thick cables arent very pliable, so changing the angle of the cable can sometimes pull the connector just slightly out of the socket -- losing contact. There's a ton of audible feedback when the cable is moved around and has been an issue since purcha... Read More
Neither can get the * thing to even show that power is working on the right side in the aux knob setting. The metal jackets or sleeves on the rca ends are too tightly spaced making it impossible to attach the cables to an amp without damaging the amp.... Read More
It looks impressive but is very misleading and unnecessarily cumbersome. Beyond overkill for an exam. Poorer quality than i'm used to from monoprice.
Do yourself a favor and purchase some hosa cables. Rather spend a bit more on reputed brands. This company makes it very difficult to return their faulty product. Yet another reason to stay away from this product.

Price
For around 8 bucks this is a pretty good product.
Good value for the money, works well with no issues.
Speaking of 'the price' - don't spend $500 on short-throw audio cables.
People spend hundreds of dollars on audio cables and nothing comes out of it.
Shipping
Monoprice shipped me a new cable free of charge (solved the issue) and included coupons for doordash and some clothing brands!
Competitiveness
I tried this one (shall remain nameless) fancy brand and could not tell the difference with my denon/klipsch setup.
I tried two other brands with less sturdy cords and they popped and hummed, these haven’t done that.
Hopefully this review can help others resolve a similar issue without having to blame the cable/monoprice.
