Cons

Printer cable failed within 2 months. It is marked as un-returnable. Customer service agreed to refund my payment. I couldn't find a 20ft alternative, and have to settle for a 15ft wired controller that won't reach my recliner.

It keeps on connecting and disconnecting the camera. My mac no longer recognises the device when plugged in. I tried the cable when it arrived & i am glad i did because it did not make a connection between my camera and computer.
