Pros & Cons
Pros
This cable is nicely adequate strain relief at both ends of the cable. Fortunately, the textured rubber assists in getting a firm grip.
Monoprice is one of the best brands i’ve used for audio. Thick housing with lots of shielding. Tight fit for rca and 3.
Cons
Neither can get the * thing to even show that power is working on the right side in the aux knob setting. Rca male are too too too tight and narrow had to force the connectors into the mixer to fit it.
There's a ton of audible feedback when the cable is moved around. It is marketed as being great for connecting your mp3 or phone to your audio system. Forcing these on to a properly sized jack will damage the jack.
Gon is overkill. Yes, i know this is blasphemy to do.
Cable is excessively thick for use in tight areas and small openings. The thickness makes the cable less flexible and harder to run. They look like gold plated cast pot metal, verycheap *.
Highlights

Price
For around 8 bucks this is a pretty good product.
Good value for the money, works well with no issues.
Speaking of 'the price' - don't spend $500 on short-throw audio cables.
People spend hundreds of dollars on audio cables and nothing comes out of it.
Shipping
Monoprice shipped me a new cable free of charge (solved the issue) and included coupons for doordash and some clothing brands!
Competitiveness
I tried this one (shall remain nameless) fancy brand and could not tell the difference with my denon/klipsch setup.
I tried two other brands with less sturdy cords and they popped and hummed, these haven’t done that.
Hopefully this review can help others resolve a similar issue without having to blame the cable/monoprice.
