Pros
The mono price cable beats the blue jeans cable on sharpness and realistic colors. Cable looks and feels premium. Would buy again if needed.
Monoprice's braided cable is very strong. Plugs fit into hdmi ports in a smooth/crisp yet snug manner. The braided line adds to the cable's durability.
Everything works flawlessly. Cable works as advertised.
Cons
The build quality of the cable itself feels quite nice, but it's capabilities don't come near to whats advertised. One works fine the other produces dropouts or plain no connection errors. Not terrible, but no where near what is advertised.
This cable is junk and cannot achieve even 40gbps for 4k120, let alone the advertised 48gbps. It works fine at 1080p 60fps, but at 4k 120hz there are frequent drops in connection causing the screen to go black for seconds at a time every minute or two... Read More

These were fine, quality cables but stiffer than the other brands of braided 48 gbps cables.
