Pros
The mono price cable beats the blue jeans cable on sharpness and realistic colors. The mp 2. Cable looks and feels premium.
Cable works as advertised. Zero problems. Picture works great for gaming consoles and others devices.
Cons
Not terrible, but no where near what is advertised. This all but guarantees any longer versions of this product won't either. One works fine the other produces dropouts or plain no connection errors.
Despite receiving a cable that was advertised on the packaging as 48gbps certified, i have horrible flickering on my pc with a 3080 at 4k120. The best i can get from this cable is 1440p@100hz, with hdr and vrr enabled.

The cable is of very good quality.
I like that this is certified, and it looks like it's very well made.
Wife bitching at me constantly cause the tv never worked.
A bit too stiff for my preference but the connection is snug and the materials feel well.
Price
Swapped this cable out for a $5 amazon basic cable, and all my problems instantly disappeared.
Packaging/appearance
Build quality is sturdy and it came well packaged.
It not only had the caps on the ends but they were also wrapped in a styrofoam paper.
Competitiveness
Monoprice makes some of the best cables you can get and all at very reasonable prices.
There are so many expensive options that claim to be the best but, it's a cable.

Anyone who says otherwise apparently doesn’t have their equipment set up properly

For example if you’re playing call of duty modern warfare 3 on ps5 you have to go in the game app settings and switch the display settings to “120hz” or it won’t display it like that otherwise
