I also like the lock feature since it allows me to use the height adjustment on my monitor without worrying about it falling out.

Have had it since july 12th and it still works so i can say with confidence that it will continue to work for a long time.

This cable solved the problem, but there may still be some issues with monitor detection, though i wouldn't rule out windows at this point.

I had issues with my monitor after upgrading graphics cards (random black screen) on 2k @120 hz.

Price

But my guess is if they do they likely are not looking for budget cables.
