Pros
The only downside is it doesn't have vrr but for now it will at least give me 120fps @ 1440p. No lag to speak of. Works great. I have an adaptor that works well, when i am not wanting to connect my phone to a computer monitor.
Cons
This item keeps cutting out whether it be using the optical or the right left output. The receiver recognizes it's getting audio, but the audio is quiet. Since it passes dv to the tv just fine, it is very odd.

So i turn my tv volume down and listen only to the extracted audio via my stereo.
5mm audio, and both were equally clear and in sync, through obviously only 2 channels through the analog cable.

When the receiver is muted this extractor is still getting a digital signal so a headphone user can still listen even if the speakers are muted
