I'd never installed cat5 jacks before, or done much wiring at all, for that matter, and i was done in 10 minutes for four jacks.
I say all this because it is easy to damage the jack trying to connect it to the jack.

Get yourself a $6 punchdown tool here on amazon to go along with this keystone jack.
Cheaper than anything i could have purchased locally.

Once i replaced with this one i never had any internet connection problem

We ran some network cord through our wall and were able to finish the project off nicely with face plates and these keystone jacks

The company actually sent me cat6 keystone jacks but that wasnt a problem since they are backwords compatiable
