Strain-relief integrated into the unit and they punched easily. I use them for my usb over ethernet runs as the color is easy to tell the difference with vs the blue of the regular ethernet.

Keystone jack fits standard (leviton) plates perfectly. Universal goes orange stripe. Blue sttripe. Two jack covers to cover the wires, and a zip-tie.

Cons

The cat6 jack is too large to fit side by side in a 4 or 6 port decora insert plate. This is very aggravating for me, as i now have to pull all of these jacks that took me quite a while to terminate due to a precarious location, then install the other... Read More

So i ordered the 4 colors of cat 6 jacks, an f-pin (coax) keystone module and a 6 port wallplate; all of which came to $10.
