Pros

Perfect size. Very heavy and sturdy. They do what i need them to do. They are perfect.

Cons

Monoprice's stands look great, but there are some design flaws that make this a no-go for my 19-pound monitors. The knobs are plastic-on-metal with no bite at all. The only thing that keeps the speakers from falling is friction with a rubber pad.
