Monoprice dell optiplex micro to gas adjustable monitor arm. Solid picture, with no flicker issues at all. These cables work perfectly and are the cheapest cables you can find.

Removing it from the desktop wasnt a problem but getting it out from the monitor was a little more difficult because theres very little clearance to get ones index finger inbetween the jack and monitors back panel

Im just mentioning it here because if you have the same clearance issue and dont have a lot of patience to finesse it out then just get one without the latches to avoid damaging both the cable and monitor
