Quality
I choose medium settings in the slicing software (cura) to speed up printing and the quality seems excellent to me.
All in all i'm very happy with this printer.
Build quality is more of that of amore expensive unit.
I was not prepared to compromise on print quality although i realised that build volume may be limited.
Competitiveness
I have been 3d printing for over 6 years - starting with an ultimaker 2, and then adding a prusa i3 to cope with project overloads.

The printer is noisy primarily the fan in operation but again i dont know if this is normal

Generally if the first layer goes down well then the print will come out fine

If you plan on printing a lot then this is maybe not for you as it is likly to wear out fast

The box contains a card imploring you to contact monprice if there is an issue dont bother i waited two weeks then when i chased them up i got a different email

Mine printer came with eu and us leads no uk but its no big deal i have plenty spare it was also packed upside down and worst thing was that the cat
