Pros

The workbench is sturdier and less expensive than a standing desk. It is not too heavy, but it is nice and thick. It has a larger, deeper bucket, with a pivot hinge for easy access. Easy to install on an inexpensive ikea desk.

Get 3m command picture hanging strips to attach your plug strip *above* the trough. It is best to pre drill two holes, and measured how deep to go. The two large holes perfectly line up under the screw holes so it's easy to reach a screwdriver through...  Read More

The tray width is wide so my multi outlet surg protector, laptop power cord, electric pencil sharpener cord all fit easily. The tray holds a power strip and a large power adapter, two if you pack it tight. Good size allows you to fit a fairly long sur...  Read More

Quality

Once properly screwed into the desk, it is very sturdy.

Sturdy, easy to install and works great - was a perfect fit for my desk.

It matches the table legs completely and blends so well into the underside of the desk it is not noticeable.

The power strip and all the extra length of the cords and the brick parts are hidden well.

Price

It was a bit expensive, but it's pretty sturdy and it can really hold a lot of cable.

Shipping

I decided to install two pieces at the bottom of the table and one additional piece at the side to allow the cables to reach th...  Read More

As far as installation goes i choose to use construction adhesive to glue this to the under side of the workstation as the desktop itself is very thin particle board and i was afraid the desk wouldnt hold the screws

I was able to screw it into the bottom of an ikea particle board table without and trouble though if you do this i would recommend being careful since particle board is not the strongest material
