Pros

It cradles and supports me perfectly. I still need to cocoon myself around pillows. This one is super comfy and the cases are soft.

You can either keep it zipped together as a large u pillow or have the pieces separated. They say you can zip it open and remove stuffing to your liking. My only complaint is that i wish the zippers had some flap over them or better way to tuck them i... Read More

The band that connects both parts of the pillow is very important. You can make it very snug to your body. I inserted a pool noodle in the section i use for my knees as it helps keeps my knees apart.

Cons

Pillow is lumpy, not enough stuffing, smaller than pictured. It's flatter than my behind. The little pillow also does not strap to anything, it is free floating.
