It seems like vevor listened to the bad reviews and fixed the biggest problem, the high idle lever. Hooked right up and works perfectly.


Cons

The throttle handle feels loose, side to side play. Intermittent problems with the boat starting because of this. It looks the factory over tightened the ignition nut and cracked the threaded shaft.

    After many days of researching these gen 2 units i learned they are all chinese units with a specific companies logo added

    The only problem i had was the ring nut that holds the ignition tight was to cheep to function but my simple solution to that was to re use the old one off my old unit brilliant
