Ive been a spoon carver for a very long time and ive owned my share of expensive custom carving knives and aside from a few nuances i find it increasingly difficult to justify spending hundreds of dollars on carving knives when a much cheaper knife works as well or even better

Ive been using another brand for a long time and really dont have a complaint but when i first tried a morakniv hook knife i was immediately struck by the quality of the materials used the edge sharpness retention and the price

Not so big be shure to check properly the desired diameter of the blade before purchase so if you are looking for a tool to create large bowls and so probably you must go for another tool
