Pros
As the crow fly's. Now the little sparrows, finches and cardinals all have a daily supply of seed. It is durable and looks like i will get years of use out of this feeder.

Cons
The squirrels chewed the edge of the plastic door enough to sit on the perch. The bottom chamber serves no purpose and somehow fills with seed. If squirrels aren't an issue? Add a cheap $15 baffle and the squirrels can’t do that any more.
Just a fyi, this feeder has more 1-star reviews than 4- and 5- star reviews combined. Just fyi. Returning asap. Don't waste your time.
A dead chickadee hangs out the hole. The springs close it off anytime any bird tries to eat too. Birds also seem to like the x-1 feeder a lot more.

This is a good squirrelproof feeder at our station however i dont see cardinals liking it and the bottom clear section collects seed that cannot be easily removed without taking it apart
