Easy enough to clean and seems to be good quality.
This is hard to wash and does nothing special that a spoon can't do.
I was worried about getting one that was not sturdy enough to handle the stiffer bread doughs and batters i occasionally make.

One note the glossy finish on the handle nearest the ferrule strips off pretty quickly after a few washings
