Pros
It works, but i haven't done enough experimenting to know if it makes any difference. This takes care of that nicely. Great compact units.
Easy to refill. Detachable part makes it easy to refill and carefree especially if you have made a mess refilling in the past. It holds a quite a bit of water so it doesn't need to be refilled every day.
Operation is straight-forward and the unit is exceptionally quiet. It makes virtually no noise either, which is fantastic. Love the top fill, and the option to add scented oil.
This one is very easy to clean it with diluted vinegar. It also seems to wipe down pretty easily.
Cons
Everything works fine except for the fact that the fan never shuts off. The fan noise has a fairly high pitched electronic whine to it as well. A waste of money honestly. Returning it for a better humidifier.

I needed it primarily so i could sleep at night the humidity has been too low lately due to very cold temperatures and running the heater but also for my plants which like most houseplants are tropical plants and can’t deal long term with low humidity i keep my plants in my bedroom

The issue is the humidistat is not accurate it usually reads a lot higher than it actually is

So if you set this humidifier to a certain humidity level you probably won’t be actually achieving that humidity level
