Pros

The bag feels like it is very securely attached to the back rack, using four velcro straps. All straps are long enough to go securely under the rack to the other side. The only issue is the back velcro strap doesn't have enough connecting surface.

Fits perfect on a lectric xp lite rear rack. Great place for id and money with reflective material on the rear end.

It has a nice, fairly large, twin zippered main compartment. It also has two good-size, zippering side pockets. Back compartment secures with velcro.

Cons

All of the straps are secured by only one line of stitching. The velcro mounting straps are very short. The item description even describes the shoulder strap.

Doesn't hold much, though. Cheap * sometimes works out fine but not this one. I hope someone from the mosiso company sees this review and makes an attempt to make this right.
