The quality of the materials is abysmal. It's like they used the flimsiest, cheapest fabric they could find. This backpack is a regrettable investment. It also shows fingerprints super easily which i don’t like.

I love this product i’ve had it for over 2 years now and it’s still in good condition.
I plan to add stickers onto the hardshell exterior soon for customization but the bag is fine without customization as well.
I have two professional cameras i keep in there plus other things.
