I contacted customer service and they got back to me immediately, offering to replace it at no cost.

I got the clear case and i plant to put wrapping paper on the inside of the top to decorate/personalize it.
The case was also aesthetically pleasing, as the color was exactly how i wanted it.
The picture showed that it was supposed to be a see through color, it’s a light color but not light enough to see the logo.
