The colour is just how pictured and looks great with the apple logo shining through the backtop decal the logo is not cut out like i initially thought it was see the 6th picture displayed of the case and laptop in 3 layers

This is my 2nd one unfortunately had to return first one as it made so many finger marks it was plain black
