Pros
It fits on pretty snug, though it took some tugs to do so. Looks perfect on my macbook pro 13 inch laptop.
Apple recommends if you use a key cover to take it out before closing. It really hides the clicking and clacking. Keeps my wild coffee spills off the keyboard.
Compré el verde. I am a little disappointed that the molding isn't perfect but it is manageable. Love love love it!

Cons
The keyboard is not printed well. Granted, you only see it if the light shines on the keys at the right angle, but it still bothers me to death, given that it was a brand new macbook. I am so mad that it ruined my mac.

With it on it makes it hard to type fast because you have to make sure you put a bit more pressure on the key than i was used to

One thing i found was that since its just a bug piece of plastic on top it makes it heat up way faster than before
