Pros

The inside is not only memory foam padded but also has a fleece lining. I am surprised by the cushion that surrounds the entire mba when in the case. It is cushioned well and easy to slip my macbook into.

Laptop fits perfectly, nice and snug. Fits my macbook air like a glove. Extra pocket is surprisingly roomy.

I like the pocket which can accommodate a charger and cable easily. The pocket is tight but you can fit the new smaller charger (dec 2023) in it if you really stuff it. I like that it has an outside pocket for my cords.

Cons

Pick it up and it flops. It is way too big and takes up too much space in my backpack. The zipper on the side pocket is really tough to work, there's a lot of friction.
