The lenght is 13 not the diagonal. The material is low budget + cheap. I don't understand why the zipper to open is on the bottom and not on top.

Only design factor that i don’t like very much is that the zipper is on the bottom and the handle is on the other side which makes me super nervous when holding it with the handle as i am scared the zipper could open up and make my computer fall out however it has never happened
