Pros

Main section has divider with velcro strap to close. Extra pocket and strap is awesome too.

The only thing i don't like is that the clasps for the shoulder strap are heavy duty plastic rather than metal. Shoulder strap is removable and has comfort pad. The expandable feature & shoulder strap make it perfect for travel.

The purple color is very vibrant. The color is just like the picture like a bright lilac purple which is my favorite kind of purple. The grey is really nice. That bugs me a little, but it's not a deal-breaker.

One thing i would like to be improved is the cushioning, to protect the laptop more. A+ for craftsmanship and durability too. If used as a laptop bag and not overloaded and stretched to the gills, it should hold up for many many years to come.

Cons

The strap design is defective. Can't hold files and the expandable bottom adds maybe a millimeter.

Material is ok, but i would classify it less than average. The durability is a zero or less.

No snagged threads, good quality zippers, and lots of pockets.

I needed something lightweight, as it doesn't do much good to have a lightweight laptop if your bag is already heavy.

This is a laptop bag & there is no real room for storage (notepads, extra pens, etc).

That's a bummer since i'm not a fan of the color & was the reason i bought when on sale.

It's a great bag for the discount price i paid so not returning it.

Exactly as described, many pockets, arrived a day earlier.

It came on time and was carefully wrapped to keep it from getting damaged.
