Pros

Only reason 4-star instead of 5, the laptop fully closes, but leaves finger smudges on the screen. Backlit keys are visible at night.

The mat fits the keyboard perfectly and adds just that little bit of extra cushion that feels good when typing. A blue one on my 15 mbp and a black one on the 16 mbp.

The color is beautiful and subtle, it hasn't stretched, and the letters all perfectly line up. Other than that, i love the feel and how thin it is.

They mute the keyboard sound a lot, and are soft on your fingertips. It's also fun to personalize. Keeping dust and a potential drip of coffee out of my computer is more important.

Cons

Product had a false description, unless the one we received was a defect. Completely useless to me and not worth dealing with a return.

This product would be ideal if it allowed the light to come through and illuminate the letters as happens with the original keys.
