Pros

The inside of the bag is soft with padded material. The inside is super soft and securely holds my laptop. It's comfortable, sleek, and holds up very very well.

The shoulder strap is removable, while the handles can be tucked away in two of the smaller pockets. She carries the laptop all around and it protects the laptop nicely.

The color is also very nice and the bag is lightweight. Would purchase again in a different color. I love the coral colour.

Cons

The strap keeps extending without adjusting. Which makes it uncomfortable and too big.
