Product is solid, sturdy, and clean! No rough edges, and very sturdy. Material is actual metal and feels sturdy and sleek. Looks cleaner in person than in the pictures.
The hex screws are on the bottom, which is less convenient for fine adjustment, but looks better than those units with top-mounted thumbscrews. The only think i would like improved is the use of an allen key to tighten the two sides together.
It fulfills the function of keeping the computer taking up little space on a desk. Frees the desk space for other paperwork. Things feel less cluttered.
Cons
As you tighten the screws the pieces move around. When you turn them past a certain point (not over tightening), they are loose again. Scratched on the side and visibly damaged.

Nice and sturdy quality and keeps my laptop in place well.
However i do believe if your laptop has heavyweights, get the glue to stick the stand with the surface, will do better.

When someone needs the larger screen they place their laptop into the stand and attach the usbc dongle to it and now we have a large screen to work on

Care is needed for adjustment there is a fine line between too loose where the laptop leans a bit and too tight where the stand binds a bit as the laptop is pulled off the stand
