Pros
I am always impressed by the quality of their products. It's so classy and goes great with all my work outfits. Plus makeup bag, couple of snacks and creams.
It is sturdy and has a ton of storage. It's quite stiff but i expect it will soften up with use.
Cons
It was damaged right out of the box because of poor packaging. The logo on the front is so tacky!

It arrived perfectly packed inside a cloth bag then a plastic bag while tightly packed into a box to assure no damage.

The strap has never felt uncomfortable but its just that when i wear a coat its hard for the strap to stay on my shoulder

But its really just a book bag or something similar cant be used for much else and it cant hold items with random shapes or bulk
