I unplugged the box and switched it off via the box but then it doesnt turn back on as the switch seems to be stuck

Currently the maximum ive had on charge at once is 7 including 2 ipads 2 or 3 iphones a tv remote a fitbit a miniquad copter and a garmin gps watch all charged quickly with no problems
