Ours doesnt charge anymore and had emitted smoke recently that we had to throw it out because of the burnt smell

When you walk in it turns on when your hands are full and exiting there is no need to turn it off as it does by itself with 20 seconds with no motion

With the sensor facing into the closet rather than to the hallway it only goes on when you reach into the closet to look for shoes
