Great i was so happy when i received this item but after charging it did not work

The other issue is the usb charging slot is recessed too far in the housing and the charging cable will not make a firm connection

If i place it on a flat surface and carefully insert the cable it will charge but the slightest movement of the cable causes it to disconnect
