Cons
Motorola's brand is in the toilet with this. It's like if a phone could be dial-up. If you like pressing icons 3 times, this phone is for you. It seems to be more glitchy than the older motorola g power 2021 phone it replaced.
The new model doesn't have expandable storage. This makes the already-spartan processor slow down regularly. There is a metric ton of junk system apps that run in the background and cannot be uninstalled.
Any action you do results in a pop up to tell you photo saved to device but it stays there blocking the keyboard and screen for anywhere between 5-10 minutes. The touch screen is frequently unresponsive. The screen is slow to react.
That's why i do not recommend buying the 24. Way to ruin a good thing.

Quality
No issues, good battery life, overall decent phone
Slim profile makes it easy to hold and fit in pocket.
This phone didn't have enough memory and seller took back on return without any issues.
We needed an unlocked phone to set up a brand new tello line and the sim card became active within minutes.
Price
A very premium feeling and looking phone for the price.
The camera is actually very excellent for the price so as the screen and the charging capabilities.
Far less than i expected to pay.
Even for a few hundred more dollars it would feel like a steal.
Shipping
It arrived the next morning, and was easy to transfer files from old phone to new.
We bought this phone early in the am and prime delivered by the afternoon that same day.
So this became available on amazon prime days.
Competitiveness
I got my motorola back, it's last years model n works so much better than samsung.

Why pay retail at the phone stores all i did was pay activation fee at my provider which theyre going to charge you for any ways when you buy their phones

If you dont need the most powerful phone and only really plan to browse social media text and make phone calls this is the phone for you

Purchased for my grandfather who was looking for a phone smart enough to get and send emails with and check his bank balance but not so smart that he drowned in the bells and whistles
