This one is designed to be pressed without a throttle, and sometimes will not communicate to electric brakes.
Speed on the lcd only works when you are using the motor, it drops to zero when the throttle is not being used.

I swapped the original front hub motor with a similar, but stronger bafang 250w and used this controller and display.

If trying to use this for an escooter you must buy another type of throttle

The only down side is the throttle which was added since the tailwind didnt have one previously is limited in output to whatever the pas is set to

While setting it up be careful of what buttons on the speed control push button thing
