The local dealers parts departments say the gasket is on national backorder currently not available through them

Some time ago my wife had a local shop replace the ideal throttle valve which was an offbrand and or wrong one

Sure you can get it from advance auto parts for cheaper but it will be chinese and probably will give you trouble in the near future

The original idle air control valve on my 02 focus zetec dohc came to the end of its life about 2 months ago the engine just would not idle and would die

These iacs apparently arent compatible with the computer on these engines even though it appears they are designed for these engines
