Quality

Take my word, if you have a ford f-series truck doing crazy things with the coolant fans, change this first.

If your fan constantly runs high, this thermostat should fix that issue.

My truck was overheating, and installing the thermostat and new water pump corrected the issue.

Once i installed the new motorcraft tstat, my fans only run occasionally, as they did before i replaced the tstat in the first place.

Packaging/appearance

It came in oem packaging and was installed without issue.

Competitiveness

This thermostat worked as designed as opposed to an over the counter replacement product purchased from amazon as well.
