Pros

The part is for the vent mode actuator, which is what i needed. This controls where the air flows to, defrost.

Cons

It is not the blend door motor, which i was needing. The power harness is completely wrong. Does not fit on a 2009 ford flex.

Very inconvenient. Missed two days of our vacation and had a lot of extra time spent tearing apart and putting the dash back, twice.

Perfect replacement for my 2014 ford taurus that had hvac stuck on face only, and no defrost or feet.

Problem fixed, a/c now blows throughout the entire vehicle!

To see which blend door failed if you have the digital hvac controls you hold off and defrost and then press auto.

Not worth s nding it back and i saved about 500 dollars on the repair.

Motorcraft part , but without the dealer inflated price.
