I'm 6' 182 with a slight dad belly (not fat), i wear a 32in waist and the xxl was a perfect fit for me.
I like the fact that u can wear a hoody over it or without.
I wear a large t-shirt and the 2xl of this product fits tightly.
Fits smaller then expected orders xxxl but fit my son who wears a large
