Pros

If you are comfortable hooking up a equipment and have your own router, this is the best *basic* modem i've encountered. My plan with comcast exfinity is 300 mbps. Also, i have an apple airport extreme as my router and this modem works with it.

This was purchased to replace it. My apartment is about 700 ft. After purchasing and using it, recommended the same model to a relative.

Cons
