Super easy to install and worked great with an orbi mesh system we already had.
Great connection; very pleased, as i have had other modems that have had terrible connectivity
I then selected the "enter a mac# manually", i found out after two tries that the entry digits are case sensitive.
Good modem; only issue is that we lose high speed upstream now; when we never did before.
Price
Replaced the $15 monthly rented cable modem (gateway) and was on the cable company's recommended list.

Open the box, plug it in, turn it on, and it does its thing.
Competitiveness
Works as advertised and better than renting a modem or all-in-one unit from cable provider.
One motorola replaced the other one with no real hassles.

Where i had my issue is that it is not fast enough for the spectrum internet 500 speed i am contracted

Funny thing is we’ve always used motorola for our internet modems so it’s a head scratcher

One has to contact ones internet provider to have the unit activated
