Pros
Easy to setup and use. Only gripe is that the contacts on both charger and walkie need to be cleaned.
Cons
Radio waves have issues permeating the thicker walls in a warehouse environment and receive plenty of interference when near metal. Durability is like that of a cheap sub-40 dollar radio, with the antennae snapping off with the slightest nudge.

The price was great, and they work just fine.
And its a very fair price for such a high quality.
For the price on the market it could be better.
Finally decided to spend the money on a second pair of these and wish i would have done so to begin with.

This radio does the job, where the cheaper, 1/2 watt radios sold at costco etc.

We have a steel build with walls in between and our currant radios will not work inside
