Pros

It's easy to hear the caller on speakerphone. Prompt delivery. Secure packaging.

Lots of room for errors for those with some mobility issues, eyesight issues. Easy to navigate through directions. Most of the complaints can be adjusted by simply reading the instruction manual.

Cons

Don't buy from motorola. Your chances of retrieving your contact list is hit and miss. Trouble with answering machine releasing calls after call completes. Please send me two new receiver.

It has to be constantly reset to the factory settings. Instructions are not comprehensive. Once you get a message, it keeps beeping until you listen to the message. You have to press hard on the * or they don't do anything.

This phone is just ok because the ringer, set to the lowest volume possible, is still really loud! But that's where the good stops and the bad begins. The microphone on this phone is terrible. Our voice is inaudible.
