The only two things i would like to see changed on the unit is that 1 it is too flat to keep a comfortable grip

But the real design flaw in these units is 2 the volume controls on the left side are positioned exactly where your fingers want to rest when using it very poor setup

Hate that the answering machine beeps every few seconds to let me know theres a message and i havent found a way to turn the beep feature off permanently
