Pros

It's easy to read, simple to use and has a nice loud ringer. He says the sound quality is very good, he hears the ringer and his conversations without his hearing aid.

Ct610 phone has a built-in message that tells the caller to announce their name and press the pound key. The phone walks a person through the whole process of excepting or rejecting calls. We were inundated with robocalls before getting this phone.

This one seems to be well made and they didn't do it cheaply. It catches every message we were missing before. It makes our life a lot simpler by not having to erase robocall messages.

The phone is small, attractive and sleek. Great little compact phone. I am 100% impressed with how this phone works.

Cons

Handset can very easily be knocked off the base. Only good thing is the call blocker. Everyday i see 30 incoming calls on the phone display and the phone didn't ring.

The first ring is silent. Then it rings on the second ring. Didn't want to go through the aggravation with a replacement one.
